O+K Project Archive Opens
The old Fearnought tree is now source material, and the new estate shell has a clean place for project status, notes, and launch contracts.
Owl + Kestrel now treats the former Fearnought repository as preserved source material instead of the live platform foundation.
The current shell owns account, billing, trust, app registry, journal, and launch routing. Archived project material can still be useful, but it should enter through explicit snapshots, project pages, or rebuild plans.
The practical rule is simple: preserve the evidence, make the current launch path clear, and avoid copying old infrastructure forward just because it exists.
