What Pigment Does
Pigment is build and rendering only. It owns block rendering, editable page documents, themes, chrome slots, previews, and the Studio workflow that publishes O+K pages.
Journal content remains O+K-owned until Quill exists; Pigment supplies the page substrate other products can eventually consume.
